Prayagraj-Mirzapur Highway Road Accident Claims 10 Lives, Leaves 19 Injured
A fatal road accident on Prayagraj-Mirzapur Highway early this morning claimed the lives of 10 devotees and left 19 others injured. The accident occurred when a car carrying Mahakumbh devotees from Chhattisgarh collided with a bus on the highway.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken immediate cognizance of the incident. He expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families and has directed authorities to provide relief funds to the affected victims.
Police Confirmation and Medical Response
DCP of Yamuna Nagar confirmed the tragic incident. The bodies of the deceased have been sent to Swaroop Rani Medical Hospital for postmortem, while the injured are receiving treatment.
